Parsh is one of the seven planets that reside within the Rictus Sector.

A vast swamp with giant trees and treacherous bodies of water. Does not posses noticeable elevation changes.

History

Second Galactic War

Omens of Tyranny (December 2184 - May 2185)

Until the beginning of Illuminate raids on Federation's south, Parsh played no role in Second Galactic War.

However, this peace would soon be broken as on New Years' Eve 2184, the Illuminate would launch an attack onto the planet. Having returned 3 weeks prior, they were now seeking to rob the resources of this planet and abduct its citizens for unknown purposes beyond mutating them into horrid Voteless.

The Helldivers, having just defeated the Illuminate during their recent raid at Kharst, would give chase to the invading aliens and immediately redeploy onto Parsh, forcing the squids to retreat. Illuminate would return to this system on January 29th, February 16th, March 3rd, and on 3rd and 19th of April. Due to Helldivers choice, all the subsequent invasions were left mostly uncontested by any meaningful force.

Operation Thrice as Nice^[1]

Illuminate warp ships have appeared above the planet on morning of August 22nd, 2185. This came as a third major offensive aimed at the Federation, while both Automatons  and Terminids  were advancing on their own fronts. With those events unfolding, High Command has issued an emergency acceleration of Super Destroyer fleet expansion. The Helldivers must hold for next 96 hours and await reinforcements.

With Helldivers arleady stretched perilously thin, Illuminate have taken this world without any considerable effort nor losses. It is only expected they will continue their march northward.

Operation Ad Memoriam

TLDR: Marked as MO Target on May 20th. Full battle began on May 24th. Liberation of Porugu gave great boost to liberation but Strategic Opportunity slowed liberation down. Focus on Padosan saw the Mega City liberated on May 25th, which autoliberated Parsh.

FTL Timeline

• February 8th, 2184: Parsh is connected by FTL to Kerth Secundus.
• June 13th, 2184: FTL line to Kerth Secundus is destroyed.
• July 14th, 2185: FTL line to Kerth Secundus is re-established, plus new lines to Effluvia, Genesis Prime, and Grafmere.
• October 27th, 2185: FTL line to Grafmere is destroyed. New FTL line to Reaf is established.
