The Trigon Sector is an inhabited area of galaxy on the Western Front in Helldivers 2. Located on galactic far west from 
Super Earth, it initially contained 5 planets. This would change to 7 on December 4, 2185, when multiple large-scale 
Automaton mining operations on the previously unmonitored Magma planets, K and Mox, were discovered, thus being added to the Galactic Map.
History
Second Galactic War
Trigon Sector remains a contested sector from the first days of Second War. Its southern reaches were first occupied by initial invasion of Automaton Vanguard in February of 2184. After its destruction, and then re-appearance in Valdis Sector, it was then its northern part that would fall to them.
In Spring of 2185, Southern Trigon and Xzar sector were witness to a massive Automaton offensive, that after series of battles was decisevely stopped on nearby Pöpli IX.
As of early 2186, only northernmost parts of Trigon remain in Automaton control.
